DMCA Policy

This site is a directory of hyperlinks to third-party projects. We do not host, upload, mirror or distribute any game files, ROMs, ISOs, artwork, audio or other copyrighted content. If a link we list points to material you own and you'd like it removed, we will remove the link expeditiously.

Designated agent

Launch blocker (internal build): a monitored contact mailbox will be published here before any public launch. Until then this page exists for structure review only. Tracked in project-control as a pre-launch gate.

Before public launch, a designated DMCA agent (name, entity, mailing address, telephone and email) will be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office directory at dmca.copyright.gov and published here and in our terms.

What a takedown notice must include

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), a notice must include all six of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — for this directory, the URL of the page on our site and the destination link you object to.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was removed by mistake or misidentification, a counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in mistaken removal, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of your federal judicial district. On receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the link after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files court action.

Response commitment

We commit to acting on complete notices within 48 hours of receipt. Incomplete notices get a reply explaining what's missing.
